Tribe is a smart energy management system, that allows customers to monitor and optimise the generation, storage and consumption of electricity in their homes. The Tribe Hub connects to the distribution board and a wide range of devices in the home, the Hub ensures all connected devices maximise the use of clean, low cost electricity. The Tribe App provides visibility, allowing energy devices to be remotely controlled and schedules to be set. The App also allows energy bill savings generated by Tribe to be tracked.

Tribe optimises energy consumption and increases the customer return on investment for solar PV and battery storage installs, but also provides a range of benefits to the installer.

Tribe allows our installation partners to position their business on the cutting edge of energy technology. Companies can unlock new revenues and differentiate their offering, setting them apart from the competition.

Installing Tribe is quick and easy. In the case of Coolpower, they found the connection process very smooth. The Tribe installation was carried out alongside other work, adding no more than one hour to the time spent on site.

Installers get access to Tribe’s bespoke Installers’ App. This is designed to ease the installation process and allow you to better support your customers. Key features of the App include:

  • Full configuration of PV/Battery/EV system via the app

  • Setup capabilities for the Tribe Hub on the local Network

  • Automated testing of key components

  • Commissioning report
